These terms govern your use of doubleplaywrigley.com and the booking of our apartments. Double Play at Wrigley is operated by Envisage Management LLC. By booking a stay or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Reservations are subject to availability, our house rules, and the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. The booking guest must be at least 20 years old and must stay in the unit. Live pricing is shown in the booking tool; rates vary by date.
No parties or events, no smoking, no unapproved guests or pets, and quiet hours after 10 PM. Full house rules are provided with your reservation and check-in instructions. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
Our SMS messaging program is optional and separate from these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in text messages, and SMS consent is never required to book or stay with us. You may choose to receive text messages about your reservation (check-in instructions, entry codes, parking details, check-out reminders, and replies to your questions) by opting in, for example on our text updates page or by providing your number for stay notifications. Declining SMS does not affect your booking or stay.
If you opt in, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For our handling of mobile information, see our Privacy Policy; mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The site and our messages are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Envisage Management LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or the messaging program.
